Our Arts and Handicrafts for Street Children Project has been helping street children and young people learn art skills that not only have therapeutic qualities, but also give them a legitimate source of income. With support from Give2Asia, we have opened up a gift shop in Chiang Mai that allows their creations to be sold to tourists and Thais alike. 30% of the sale goes back to the child artist, 30% is placed in an educational fund to benefit street children and the remaining 40% is used to buy supplies.

 

Art work, jewelry, bags, clothing, plush animals, t-shirts, journals and gift cards are a few examples of what is sold.
